  • Deposits require blockchain confirmations before they appear in your wallet. This typically takes 10-30 minutes.
  • Your deposit address changes after each use. Always use the most recent address shown in your wallet dashboard.
  • Exact amount top-up provider status is only a progress indicator. Your wallet balance updates after our on-chain watcher confirms funds arrived.
  • The platform does not hold or control any exchange accounts. You are responsible for securing your own exchange credentials.
  • BTC transactions are irreversible. Send a small test amount first if you are unsure.
